UBS and the EMERGE Alliance

UBS is an active member of the EMERGE Alliance (Empowering the Margins of Europe through Regional and Global Engagement). This alliance brings together European universities located on the European geographical periphery but at the centre of innovation in order to build the university of the future together.

The HUB: Connect, Create, Transform

The alliance's meetings have now resulted in the creation of a HUB.

• What is it? A collaborative space, both physical and digital, acting as a laboratory of ideas.
• What for? To encourage the emergence of joint projects, support student entrepreneurship and strengthen the links between research, training and regional issues.
• Who is it for? For the entire university community (students, researchers, staff) and our external partners.

Inauguration & Artistic Mural 

To mark the installation of the HUB in the Simone Veil building in Vannes, a mural created by a local artist, illustrates the identity of this new place of exchange.
