South Brittany University National Engineering School (ENSIBS)Our University National Engineering School in Lorient and Vannes welcomes around 500 students each year. Ensibs teachers/researchers and industry speakers are every close to their graduates and extremely attuned to business and corporate community needs.

To be admitted at ENSIBS, students must first pass an entry examination called Geipi Polytech S after their secondary school. This opens the doors of two years of preparatory courses prior to entering a three-year engineering degree.
Others may be accepted after an undergraduate degree in Science, or if they first complete a Degree in an Institute of Technology.
ENSIBS delivers four post graduate (Masters) Engineers’ Degrees:

In Vannes:

  • Engineer Degree in Cyberdefense*
  • Engineer Degree in Cybersecurity


In Lorient:

  • Engineer Degree in Mechatronics
  • Engineer Degree in Industrial Engineering 4.0* **.

* Can be done in Coop or “alternance” mode.
** Lifelong learning for professionals: Distance education in year 1.
