My research deals with blogs, the blogosphere and blogging practices.

Thus, in the first part I will analyze the construction process of the blogcategory as a communicational object in the Internet public space. My second part will then question the possible instrumentalisation of blogs through an exploratory approach. Finally the last part will attempt to set limits to the phenomenon by the efficiency of an individual's identification strategies against oneself and others in an innovative collective space.

Consequently, this three-fold approach will help me position myself  in relation to the existence of a communicational logic for blogging susceptible to produce active public spaces. Perhaps I will then be able to present a general communicational, theoretical and empirical approach for the "blog" phenomenon on the Internet.
